A memorial service for William Eugene Shelton, 54, of Caldwell was held on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020, at Davidson Creek Park in Caldwell.
Burial followed at Chriesman Cemetery near Caldwell.
Mr. Shelton died on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020.
Bill was born on April 20, 1967, to Stanley and Sarah Shelton.
Bill was a truck driver, and he enjoyed his little buddy, his dog Smokey.
He also enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, and Christmas.
Family members said, “Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.”
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Ella Shelton.
Bill is survived by his father, Stanley Shelton of Caldwell; his children, Candice Shelton of Caldwell, and Billy Shelton of Odessa; his brothers, Tom and Rodney Wisecup of Ohio; his sisters, Alice Huff of Ohio, Deb Wisecup of Ohio, and Vickie Siebel of Caldwell; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
