A celebration of life for Helen Louise Weaver Petty will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Burleson Co. Cowboy Church in Caldwell, Texas. Helen was born on Nov. 28, 1944, to John and Fannie Weaver. She was raised in West Texas and later moved to this area.

MICHAEL “MIKE” KUBENA

Michael “Mike” Eugene Kubena was born in Houston, Texas, to Eugene and Mary Prazak Kubena on July 22, 1957. He left this world suddenly and unexpectedly on February 24, 2023, at the age of 65, as a result of going into cardiac arrest.

Mary Ruth Matejowsky Roe, 88, passed away on February 23, 2023, at her home. Mary Ruth was a strong Christian woman in her love for Jesus and others. She came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1953. Mary Ruth was born on December 10, 1934.

Robert (Robbie) Smith Myers entered eternal life on Thursday, February 23, 2023. Robbie was born at anAir Force Base in Casa Blanca Morocco, North Africa, to Smith and Betty Myers on October 12, 1960.

Deletha Darlene Ryan, 78, of Deanville, Texas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at her home in Deanville, Texas, surrounded by her husband and two sons after a three-month battle with Cancer.

Steve A. Payne of Caldwell passed away on November 29, 2022, at the age of 76. A celebration of life service will be held on March 4, 2023, at Burleson County Cowboy Church at 3 p.m. Steve was born October 25, 1946. He was the youngest of 11 siblings. He served our country as a Marine in Vietnam.

Barbara (Barbie) Lynn (Watson) Hawks born in Rockford, Illinois, on Jan 6, 1966. She passed away on Feb. 6, 2023, peacefully, surrounded by family members. Barbara graduated high school in 1984. She received a certification from East Central College for legal aid and court reporter/ stenographer.
