Franklin (Frank) Joseph Stein, DVM of Snook, Texas, dedicated husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, in Bryan, Texas, at the age of 79. Visitation and a Celebration of Life will be from 5 to 7 p.m.

Charisse Elaine (Mag ee) Adams, 69, of Caldwell, wasborn on Sept. 23, 1953, to Charles and Wanda Magee. She attended Netherland High School and graduated in 1971. Charisse married the love of her life Harold Adams “Rock” in Bryan, Texas on July 16, 1989. As they became one, so did their family.

NADINE ROBERSON-JONES

Nadine Lelia Roberson- Jones, formerly of Caldwell and Teal’s Prarie, Texas, died Sept. 5, 2022. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in San Bernadino, California. Nadine was born in 1944 to Minnie Lee and Theron Roberson.

A public visitation for William “Billy” Ray Gourley, 38, of Somerville, will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022, in the chapel at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Caldwell. Billy loved his family, his Mustang and his motorcycle. He also enjoyed going to church.

Michelle Mendez’s life was honored and remembered at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell, Texas, with a visitation on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with the funeral service followed on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Terry Bage officiating.

ARTIS HAVEMANN

Funeral services for Artis Gail Havemann, 83, of Caldwell, were held on Sept. 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Providence Baptist Church. Burial followed at Providence Baptist Cemetery. Gail was born on April 30, 1939, to George and Gladys (Ragsdale) Norville in Caldwell. She was one of four siblings.

James Siebel, Sr.

James Siebel, Sr. (CBO) 59, of Caldwell, was born on November 21, 1962, to Dorothy and Edgar Siebel of La Grange, Texas. He was one of three siblings. Services will be held at a later date. James attended school in Fayetteville, Texas.

Debra Kay “Debbie” Hickman Willeford

Debra Kay “Debbie” Hickman Willeford, 70, was born in Clear Lake, Texas, on June 10, 1952, to Ola Faye (Plaster) and Odine Malek. She went to reunite with her family and friends in heaven on September 2, 2022. Debbie was raised in Alvin, Texas, from birth through high school.
