Firefighters, EMS respond to death off of CR 334

Caldwell volunteer firefighters, an ambulance crew and Burleson County sheriff ’s deputies responded on Monday afternoon, May 18, to a death by natural causes near a pond on private property off County Road 334.Kevin Nelson, age unknown, was pronounced dead at the scene by Burleson County Pct.

The Caldwell City Council approved a resolution canvassing returns and declaring results of the May 2 election and administered the oaths of office to the newly elected mayor and council members at its Wednesday, May 13, called meeting.John Rychlik was elected mayor with 399 votes, or 69.

Grilling season brings mixed prices for Texas consumers
