Chain saws, gas can stolen on PR 57

Someone stole six chain saws and a gasoline can late Sunday, March 8, or early Monday, March 9, from a tree trimming service that had left a job site for the night on Park Road 57.

Grand Jury returns 15 felony indictments

The Burleson County Grand Jury met in regular session on Wednesday, March 11, and returned 15 felony indictments.Only the names of those arrested are released and include: * Eduardo Ocampo, 34, of Navasota; online solicit of a minor sexual conduct -- second degree felony.
