Alfred Richard Neuenhoff, 94, was born in Bronx, New York, to Johannes August Neuenhoff of Dortmund, Germany and Maria Huesgen, of Essen-Werden. He loved the Marines and served in World War II and Korea. He then served as a Washington, D.C., police officer on the motorcycle unit.

Funeral services for Lyd-ia Klotz, 78, were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2023, at Strickland Funeral Home in Somerville. Lydia was a feisty, hardworking, family loving woman. She spent a lot of her time showering her family, especially her grandbabies, with lots of love.
