Man arrested on felony DWI charge

A DPS trooper arrested a 51-year-old Bryan man on Saturday, Sept. 26, on a felony DWI charge after a traffic stop on State Highway 21.Mario Lopez-Celestino was charged with DWI, Third or More, and is now free on $5,000 bond, according the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
