Elizabeth Ann Wilson (Kornegay) of Kingston, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully in her home Friday, August 12, 2022. Elizabeth was born on January 14, 1942, in Caldwell, Texas, to Sam and Stacey (Navratil) Kornegay. She attended school in Caldwell, Texas, graduating in 1960.

Kathleen Mynar, 55, passed away August 3, 2022. Kathleen’s smile could light up a room and have everyone laughing due to her fun-loving and life-of-the-party nature. Growing up in Victoria and Clear Lake, Texas, Kathleen graduated from Clear Lake High School.

Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Matula, 94, was held at 10 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catho- lic Church in Caldwell. She was born on Dec. 28, 1927, in Shiner, Texas, to Joe and Frances Matula. Memaw spent her career as a beautician in various cites in Texas.

Funeral services for Natalia Guerrero, 89, were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, at Strickland Funeral Home. She was born on July 2, 1933. Natalia loved quilting, sewing, shopping and gardening.

John Brydell Boyd, 96, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2022. He was surrounded by his beloved family. John was born in Lexington, Texas, on November 11, 1925, to Veronica (Vinnie) Simek Boyd and John William Boyd. John graduated from Caldwell High School in 1943.
