Car strikes deer on SH 21 West

Two persons were transported to a Caldwell hospital on Thursday morning, June 4, after a car struck a deer on State Highway 21 West near the F.M. 696 intersection.The accident occurred at 7:51 a.m.

Fund helps 4-year-old fire victim’s recovery

Tyson Mack, age 4, survived severe injuries in a 2025 fire at his home in Chriesman and has been an inspiration to many as he battled to recover.However, more help and recovery is needed.Tyson suffered severe burn injuries to 70% of his body and also a brain injury caused by lack of oxygen.
