RRC issues one new oil, gas permit in February

The Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) issued one new oil well drilling permits in Burleson County in February.In April, The Tribune inadvertently reported that there were no permits issued in February. However, the RRC released new information that there was one permit issued.

Twins hold top spots at Somerville graduation

Even in a graduation class of over 1,000 students, the uniqueness of Somerville’s graduation on Friday at Yegua Stadium would stand out.In a graduation class of 40 seniors, having two sets of twins is very unique.

Clay shoot fundraiserThe Caldwell Early Evening Lions Club is hosting its annual sporting clay shoot on Saturday, May 30, at the Boswell Porter 4-H Shooting Range in Snook.Registration and a light breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. with shooting starting at 9 a.m. Lunch will follow the shoot.

Circle of Grace support group
